» I registered in the past but cannot log in anymore!
The most likely reasons for this is, you entered an incorrect username or password (check the email you were sent when you first registered); or the administrator has deleted your account for some reason. If it is the latter case then perhaps you had an empty mailing list. Try registering again.

» What is Bulk Unsubscribing?
You sent out a newsletter yesterday, and now you have hundreds of bounced emails. Great stuff, you now know what email addresses really don’t exist anymore. The problem is that you have to now search through your list using the new 'Search Subscribers' feature and remove hundreds of users one by one. [i*]group Mailer now has two features to unsubscribe subscribers in bulk. One is the automatic bounce feature and the other is the bulk unsubscribe. By using these two features you can save loads of time.

» Unsubscribe from [i*]group Mailer
[i*]group Mailer has built in this nice little feature that receives bounces for your newsletter and displays stats on how many subscribers have not received your newsletter due to their email box being over quota or deleted. These subscribers can be removed from your list as they will never receive your newsletter again. They have probably registered with their new email address already. Make your way to the ‘Bulk Unsubscribe’ page and check the stats on the right. You can download the bounced email addresses and review them if you like, then unsubscribe then with the csv document. To remove all the bounced subscribers click ‘Remove all Bounces’ and your done.

» How do I make a new mailing list?
Once on the page Make new mailing list, there is a form with a number of fields for you to fill out. Please remember that all the fields are required and can be changed at a later stage. Your mailing list name cannot contain any punctuation what so ever, except for '-' and '_', so please choose a short descriptive name. Your Default from Name is the name that is displayed on your newsletter when you send it out. Generally you'd put your company name here. Default from E-mail Address has to be a valid email address if you want your subscribers to respond, if not you could use something like noreply@yourcompany.co.za. The Administrator is the person who will get reports on login activity and newsletter reports once they are sent out.
